IMPLEMENTASI NILAI-NILA PANCASILA DALAM UPAYA PENCEGAHAN PERUNDUNGAN DI SMP IT HAFIZHAN AL IRSYAD

Abstract

That this research aims to examine and analyze the application of Pancasila values ​​in efforts to prevent bullying at Hafizhan Al Irsyad IT Middle School. The main focus is to identify how these values ​​are implemented in daily activities at school and their influence on student attitudes. This research method adopts a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data collection was carried out through semi-structured interviews with students, teachers and school staff, as well as observations of extracurricular activities and classes that apply Pancasila values. Data were analyzed using thematic analysis techniques to extract themes and patterns related to the application of Pancasila values ​​in the context of bullying prevention. Meanwhile, the research results show that the implementation of Pancasila values, such as the spirit of togetherness, social justice, and respect for differences, is very influential in creating a positive school environment. Students who are involved in activities that promote Pancasila values ​​show increased empathy and tolerance, which has an impact on reducing cases of bullying. In addition, teachers' active involvement in guiding and providing examples also contributes to the effectiveness of bullying prevention. This research recommends the development of more intensive programs to integrate Pancasila values ​​in the curriculum and school activities so that they can be more effective in preventing bullying.
